Which topics are important for the future School Council for me?
- Transparency: Decision-making processes and information concerning the group of academic staff (“Mittelbau”) should be communicated more transparently. This also includes the exchange with the doctoral students' representation. In addition, the opinions and needs of academic staff (“Mittelbau”) – who are not officially active in committees – must also be taken into account.
- Perspective: Supporting and establishing professional development and networking (in addition to existing opportunities) for academic staff (“Mittelbau”).
- Digitalization of administrative processes in the context of teaching and research.
